With all the success that we enjoy as a company, we bear a responsibility to the people with whom we live and to the earth on which we live. For this reason, we have founded two charitable foundations.
With all the suffering in the world, we had to decide where we want to and can make a sustainable contribution. Although it was a difficult decision to make, it was clear to us in the end: Our commitment should firstly be focussed on nature, which, as our environment, forms the basis for our life, and secondly on children, as the weakest members of society who nonetheless are its future.
From every transaction, BOSSELER & ABEKING FOUNDATION donates a fixed percentage to the two charitable foundations. In addition, there are also donations by third parties and revenues from the foundation assets. Your support is a major contribution to this.

Children are the future and the hope of our planet. But many of them live in conditions that can barely be conceived in our Western industrialised nations. Having enough to eat, clean water, access to education are just pipe dreams in many places. However, it is not only children in the developing countries who suffer – here in Germany, child poverty is increasing, as has been shown in countless studies. The costs of sports and music lessons and extra tuition, or hot meals in the school canteen are beyond the budget of many families. But only children who have eaten enough can learn. Only those who have learnt something can successfully deal with the challenges of life.
We founded the charitable BOSSELER & ABEKING CHILDREN´s FOUNDATION to provide lasting help for children in poverty or need. We want to support children who have no prospect of a secure existence – until they are able to take control of their own lives themselves.

Nature needs space. Animals and plants need a habitat, and people long for space in which to rest and withdraw. And yet the way we live is a heavier burden on nature than it can bear. Civilisation and technology are increasingly restricting natural habitats.
For this reason, we founded the charitable BOSSELER & ABEKING ENVIRONMENTAL FOUNDATION. Using the Foundation’s resources, we promote initiatives that protect the habitats of people and animals. Specifically, we support projects that concentrate on caring for and maintaining forests, biotopes and bodies of water. The focal points for the Foundation are on the protection of nature and of species, landscape maintenance and the creation of oases of green in the city.
